The Cardiopulmonary Department at Grand River Medical Center, comprised of registered and certified respiratory therapists, provide comprehensive, quality diagnostic services for those individuals requiring diagnosis and treatment of cardiopulmonary diseases.
Cardiopulmonary Services include:
• Electrocardiograms (ECG)
• Ventilator management
• Cardiac Stress testing
• Pulmonary Function testing
• Sleep Polysomnography
• Holter and Event monitoring
• In-patient respiratory care and treatment
The Coumadin Clinic at Grand River Medical Center is comprised of registered nurses trained in anticoagulation therapy monitoring and education. The staff is able to read and adjust doses as needed. Our nursing staff works closely with area physicians to ensure the patients anticoagulation therapy remains in pre- determined therapeutic range. The Outpatient Clinic at Grand River Medical Center offers a local alternative for patients requiring follow-up treatment and non-emergent nursing procedures in a safe, comfortable environment. Services are available 24 hours a day. Physician orders may be faxed to the Perioperative Services Department at 970-625-6434 Mon – Fri or call the Acute Care Unit at 970-625-6429 after hours and on weekends.
