Grand River Hospital District’s Patient Financial Services department guarantees all patients will be treated fairly regardless of their ability to pay.

Patient Account Representatives can answer questions about your hospital and/or clinic bill(s). They can also help you understand financial policies and billing procedures.

We offer automatic credit/debit card payment programs, also the convenience of paying your bill online.

If you are having trouble paying your bill, payment plans are available. You can also be assisted in applying for charity programs that take into account the State/Federal poverty guidelines to determine if applicant is qualified for seeking help with financial obligations.
